AAC Engineering Academy (AACEA) offers Aircraft Maintenance Training approved by the Civil Aviation Authority of Sri Lanka and an undergraduate degree in Aerospace Engineering through its long and a continuous collaborative agreement with Kingston University of London, UK. AACEA has special facilities at the main complex in Ratmalana, which include a general engineering work shop, specialized maintenance workshops, a model room, state-of-the art computer laboratory and a specialized technical library. The teaching facilities of the Academy are also housed at the Ratmalana complex.
AACEA has been offering training courses approved by the Civil Aviation Authority of Sri Lanka fulfilling the training requirement of Aircraft Maintenance Licences for more than 20 years.
AACEA’s collaborative partnership with Kingston University to offer first two years of BSc (Hons) in Aerospace Engineering degree programme at AACEA has commenced in 1996.Many students who followed the programme offered by AACEA have found employment in the national airline as well as in aviation companies in USA, UK, Australia, Maldives and Middle East.
